O.K now for some stamping…

On Sunday I had a meeting with my team and we did a couple of technique cards, using some new supplies from the Summer mini. I just love this new Stamp called Sail Away!!

IMG_2254

The sailboat was embossed using Basic Black craft ink with clear embossing powder over top. then to make the sails white i dipped my aqua painter into a little bit of bleach and "washed" out the blue color of the cardstock. This technique is called  "Bleaching" and to be honest I haven't done it in a long time. I think it's time to revisit some of these great "classic" techniques! Perhaps a technique class is in order???

Come back and visit tomorrow and I'll have an update on my upcoming classes. There will be lots to choose from including cards, scrapbooking, 3-D classes… tons coming up!! Don't miss it!!

Take Care!!
