Wow! Tuesday already!! Sorry for not posting for a couple of days… after  a pretty busy weekend which included  sparks sleepover at the zoo, I have caught a nasty cold. I am blaming it on sleeping (or lack there of) in the humid Trans Alta building with the gorillas, snakes and bats. We encountered some other creatures too… like cochroaches and mice! EWWW!!

Anyways.. I think I'm over the whole experience now and I had a great time meeting with my team on Sunday night for our downline meeting! Thanks ladies.. it's always fun to get together with you!!!

For today's post I would like to share with you the scrapbook pages we did in my Stamper's clubs this month. I have made a new year's resolution to get more scrapbooking done and I'm off to a good start with this layout… This is Amanda's first time on the ice with real skates in December. She was such a trooper and didn't mind falling down. She just wnated to get right back up and go again. Kevin and I even got our skates on and had a great time.. it's been a while but we did o.k!

You know how I love punch art…. well I found these snowmen on Stampin Connections! Aren't they cute!!  Stampin Connections is an online community for demonstrators. I just love this site as so many wonderfully talented people share their ideas!!

I used our sliver glimmer paper for the ice and the smaller pictures of Amanda were cut out using the new Framelits dies. LOVE THESE!!! They are great because you can totally line up your framelit over your picture before you cut!! Easy!!

Here's a couple of close ups…

The skater snowman came from Chera Wiest ( a fellow demonstrator)

The sledding snowman idea came from France Martin who got it from someone else. Sorry I couldn't find the original creator of this one. If it's you, let me know and I will give you credit here! 🙂

and of course our sweetie… enjoying her hot chocolate after all her hard work..

I hope you like today's post and I look forward to sharing more scrapbooking with you in the near future!!

Take Care!!!!
