Wow!

Can you believe it's Friday already? Where did the week go? Yipee the weekend is here!

Thanks to all the ladies who come over for the Open house yesterday! It was fun to share some of the new stuff with you!

Today, I have one of the make and takes to show you. This one is a Father's day card that features sponging and the different effects you can get with a simple sponge and a torn piece of sticky note. A very simple card that uses only one layer of cardstock. Being from Newfoundland, this card is dear to me as I love lighthouses.

Here's a close up of the rhinestone on the lighthouse. I love how it picks up the light and glimmers just like a lighthouse.

Here's a list of the supplies I used for this card:

  • Stamp set: Uncharted Territory
  • Cardstock: Confetti White and Baja Breeze
  • Ink: Stazon, Soft Suede, Baja Breeze
  • Watercolor crayons (Brights), Aqua painter, Basic Rhinestones, Stampin Dimensionals, Sponges

Hope your having a great day!

I'll be back later with another post about my punch class next Thursday… just need to finish one of the cards! I know… two posts in one day.. I told you I got my MOJO back!!
