Today, I have some fun things to share! First, we are only 4 days into the new Catalogue and my wish list is still growing! There's so many fun sets, designer series papers, embellishments and tools…I want it all! LOL

One of my favorite new bundles from the new catalogue is on page 83 and it's called Wildflower Meadow. In this bundle, you get the large background stamp set and the coordinating Wildflower Meadow embossing folder.

These two products are so easy to use together! You just stamp the background and then line up the embossing folder over top of the stamped image and run it through the Big Shot. So easy and what a dramatic effect!

Here, I've stamped my image using the new In color called Crisp Cantaloupe. This piece is then layered onto a piece of Baked brown Sugar Cardstock (also a new yummy In color). I just added some Basic pearls for some "bling" and voila a quick and elegant card.

Here's a list of the supplies for this card:

  •  Stamp sets- Wildflower Meadow,Chalk Talk
  • Cardstock- Baked brown sugar, Crisp Cantaloupe, Whisper White
  • Ink- Baked brown sugar, Crisp Cantaloupe
  • Big Shot products: Wildflower Meadow Embossing folder, 1 1/4 " circle punch, 1 3/8" circle punch
  • Embellishments- Basic Pearls

I also wanted to share with you some of the fun things we did at my recent team meeting with my "Ink Cited Canadians team" We had a "Chicks and Chocolate night" and I set up a Chcoloate buffet, complete with a chocolate fountain and other fun sweets.

Here's a bouquet of peanut butter cups. Each of the ladies could help them selves to their own "edible flower"

These were just made using the Blossom punch and some thick gauge wire.

Here's a look at the chocolate founatain and buffet all set up. Yumm!!!!!

Ecah of the ladies got a little packet of new supplies to go home with and create something and bring back to out next team meeting and share with the group.

I gave each lady a circle and a square piece of oyr new creped fliter paper as well as a 6×6 peice of new designer series paper. They are free to cut, punch, stamp, spritz or any other technique they would like with these products. I can't wait to see what they come up with! I've got some pretty craetive girls on my team!!

I will post pictures of their creations after our next team meeting.

Have a fantastic day!!! I'm off to meet up with some of my wonderful friends for a pedicure! We are going on a girls trip to Vegas on Thursday!!! Can't wait!! I will have lots to scrapbook when we get back!!
