I love all the parts of this beautiful suite! The stamps, the dies, the Designer Series paper, The Gathering Leaves 3-D Embossing folder, the Cajun Craze and Gold Dots… It’s all so amazing!
Here’s a look at the front of my card.
I really love Fall with all the beautiful changing colors! I really feel that Stampin’ Up! Did a fabulous job with this designer series paper! It’s a specialty paper that features a variety of patterns, from subtle plaids to delicate leaves and acorns.
I also love lots of layers on my projects. This card starts with a Basic Beige Card base, a layer of Designer Series paper, a small layer of Crushed Curry, an Embossed layer of Early Espresso, and another layer of Designer Series paper that has been cut using the large maple leaf die from the Gathering Moments dies.
Next, I cut a 2-1/8″ stitched Circle from Basic Beige cardstock using the stylish shapes dies.
I stamped the “Many Thanks greeting” using Early Espresso Classic ink.
I think my favourite part of this card is the small leaves, mushroom and acorn stamps. They are simply adorable! The little acorn was inked up using Pecan Pie ink and then I used the Early Espresso Stampin’ Write marker to add a darker shade to the top of the acorn. Did you know that all the Stampin’ Write markers are being discontinued? The good news is… they are discounted on the last chance list! Go grab yours now before they’re gone.
Finally, I added some shine to my card using 3 of the Cajun Craze and Gold Dots.
